the only way you can do it is by forcing yourself to do stuff even if you don’t want to

You can have a planner or a calendar to remind you when to do your studies or projects, but, as said above, you have to make yourself work to get the job done. I know how hard it is! I’ve just gotten out of procrastination myself.
You might want to reckon of it this way: you have this huge project coming up that’s due in 3 weeks. You could dally and leave in anticipation of the last few days, then stress yourself out because you didn’t do it before, or you can take a small bit every day and maybe even have it done BEFORE it’s due! And when you leave a project unfinished, it piles up with all that other stuff you need to do and then you get REALLY stressed out!
So what you need to do is train yourself, small by small, to work on the valuable things in a timely fashion and not leave them sitting around too long. And even even if it’s more work to be a diligent worker, you have a certain peace in knowing that the job is getting done and you have plenty of time to relax and NOT stress.
    …I hope I didn’t ramble too much.

Hi Violet. That is a pretty name.

Well hon, I had a really terrible problem with procrastinating in anticipation of one day (FINALLY), I just got sick and tired of basically messing myself up in doing so.

So, what that I do now to defeat procrastination is that I attack the issue aggressively, instead of putting off the dealing with the same.
