The chairman alienated me right at the outset. He’s clearly incorrect about that we learn most from success. We don’t. We only learn when we’re right. Our only input is therefore extremely limited. Faced with our first failure we are fucked – because we have no mechanism to deal with it! Fascinatingly, analysing their answers bears this out. Only one mention of Steve Jobs – because at this point he’d only got iPod. And why wait 3 years to place this up?
