THOMAS,Thanks for the feed back. I’m growing a large organization. I work with people on all different skill levels, Myself included. I find that it is best to let people develope at their own pace. You tell them what they need to do to make it.Show them what works for you. Then you watch what they do.
You are right each self has their own Financial goals. But what ever that is, they have to place a Plot in Action to achieve it. I’ll check out your Blog!!!

WOW! You hit it on the nose. I have been worried of putting videos together. Dread of rejection, of not saying the right business, dread of what people will say. It’s weird, I had a live show on now live where people would come to hear me talk on a webcam and it didn’t bother me. But talking into a video camera seems to bug me. I am going to start putting some excellent information together to share. Thank you!
