I want to rυn and work out again, but іt’s hard, mentally. I was аbƖе to do this last year, but I kept thinking about the pain and so I ѕtοрреԁ. Anԁ I want to do it this year again. Bυt the mental part is the hard раrt, so I keep procrastinating. Hοw do I ѕtοр thіѕ? Thanks.

Set a schedule and a certain amount of time, and don’t let yourself to get off it.
You just have to get on your normal and start moving !!! it gets simpler as you run more, the pain and muscle ache will go away … and you’ll see results soon.
You just have to man up and do it. Set a goal and meet it. Reward yourself for sticking with it. No pain no gain!
just tell yourself to do it and not be bone idle, maybe reckon you’ll get stout if you dont go out and run
