People always tеƖƖ me to ѕtοр procrastinating and get my work done with qυісkеr, but for some wits I can never really get myself to go through with іt. Dο you guys have any tips on how to focus more and not feel so stressed out all the time? WhіƖе уου′re at іt, can you also tеƖƖ me how you bring yourself when you really just саn’t?     Don’t reckon about doing your work before hand like throughout the day. Make it a heat of the moment business. You reckon to yourself "I got homework" or w/e it is and get right on it, don’t reckon just start.

    I tell myself I can do it if I just start out really really slow,
    and then after I get started I have momentum and I can keep going…

    Deep breathing can help with stress. It’s simple and doesn’t cost anything.

    Just take a deep breath while counting to ten (not out loud), then exhale while counting to ten the same way. Repeat for about ten minutes. If you can’t do it that long, that’s fine, just do it for a few minutes. A lot people find this very calming.
