This is something I struggle with too. What I do is I got a journal and made a strict time schedule.Set a goal, you have to have self discipline. I set a goal to ace all my classes, if i didn’t get it i would tell myself i couldn’t go on the computer. It’s all about how you act and if your self discipline is excellent.

    get a small calendar notebook.

sit down and reckon of everything you need to do in the next 7 days. Pick a specific time that you are going to do each one. what ever time you reckon you need – increase it by 50% and book that time.

you can only book 2 things for one day and they need to be at least an hour away from each other.

Now you need to follow that book- every day!

you will come up with every excuse in the book

    you will invent new excuses.

turn to your inner bitch and MAKE yourself do whatever is on the schedule for that time. When you are done draw a huge dark line through it and give yourself a pat on the back.

    need more?

Managing your time and using it wisely is a journey, and not something that can be easily mastered overnight. Implementing a plot will help, but it is not going to be a sure cure. Time management requires a significant amount of self-discipline.
