That is a tough business to do. If you are in the procrastination mode, it can be very hard to get out.
Its an emotional mind set. One way to help kick start your ambition is to become involved in an activity with a name who doesnt dally, and have him or her encourage or inspire you to be actively on time with the activity. This timely activity can influence how you approach other activities and over time you can become less of a procrastinator.
But it can be a lot of work, so best wait in anticipation of the week end to start.

Imagine yourself working at a guide up window or as a greeter at Wal-Mart. For the rest of your life. Seriously, you just need to choose to study – and work – and like – and pray.

Most times people place off doing things because they feel a lack of self confidence, the task seems overwhelming.
I reckon the best way to get going is to look at the first step in getting the job done, set a goal, complete the goal and them go on to the next step.
This is far simpler than trying to take on the whole job at once, when it comes to studying look at it the same way, you won’t learn every business at one time take it one problem or one page at a time then go on to the next, before you know it you will have developed a study and work habit.

Step #1: get off of yahoo answers xD
Seriously even if, agreed with the people above me…any time you don’t feel like working picture yourself with the consequences of it…that should help motivate you. Also, don’t turn on computer/tv before work because that ALWAYS distracts you xD

Sometimes a project can be large enough to be overwhelming. Not knowing where to start has been many a cause of procrastination. For that, I ordinarily tell myself that for 15 minutes an hour I will focus on the task I want to complete. Or you can divide an assignment into chapters or subjects. Bite size, do-able increments. Once you get on a roll, things get done before you know it.
Another wits for procrastination is ADHD. Have you ever been checked? Ordinarily an evaluation starts with a questionnaire. I know several people whose lives have been changed because they thought they were just daydreaming. Excellent Luck!

I’m a procrastinator too. The only business you can do is try to motivate yourself to get things done quickly so you can have fun later.

Get yourself exercising more and renovate your fitness level, your motivation levels will rise as fitness improves. Oh yes – you might as well reckon about it tomorrow and start a day or two later – maybe next week.:)
