You have my sympathy. I used to dally a lot. I got over it by forcing myself to sit down peacefully and reckon things through in detail before starting anything.

Nobody is perfect!! We all do that!

Try to get yourself into the habit of NOT doing it! Repeat it in your mind. Limit yourself to what you can & cannot do!!!

I don’t know how to stop procrastination. I was like that all through uni and found that I really did my best work when I was below pressure to close.

Yes,, um,, I’ll tell you tomorrow, I promise… Just kidding. Start small, and pace yourself. After a while look back and see how much you’ve accomplished. I used to do it by doing the business I despised worst and the rest was simpler. Try looking at the huge picture. Most of your studies will be over soon and you will never need them again. Just kidding again. Make your work your friend.. Take pleasure in what you do… Try to find something you like about it and focus on that. This despair you talk about is used by many students in cramming sessions. Some aver it causes both halves of the brain to go better and keeps the material fresh in your mind. It also causes stress. Have you tried study groups?

I can help you with this. Do you have a hard time with understanding your homework or classwork? It may be a sign that your having difficulty understanding the material.

It may also be a sign that your homework is not fascinating.

Just remember to reward your study time. Don’t reckon it as a choir. Just reckon it as a step that needs to be done. Reward yourself when you accomplished an assignment.

Lets just say. I am a institution apprentice studying behaviors.

Keyword is Reward reinforce yourself when you done something! Excellent Luck.

    1) I reckon it’s right. If you’re below stress, you’ll get a lot better results. That’s how a lot of the valuable work and not so valuable work is done. That works best for human mind.
    2) Get TODO lists… ;)
    3) Maybe take up meditation or something to help set your mind. That should help.
