You talk mostly about gluten fanatical. How abou dairy? I have acne, and I try to eliminate these 2 things from my diet ( including sugar). Will it completely clear cystic acne?
@91pinklipstick It did for me. Getting off gluten reduced them significantly and then when casein was taken out they disappeared completely. They do come back when I get hit with either of those things with CC but at least I know the cause.
Starts on my back and chest first and then my jawline depending on the severity of the hit.
@91pinklipstick Not completely but it does help you a lot, my brother has acne and he is allergic to 5 types of foods and one of it is casein.
He stopped eating those 5 types of food and now his face is clear white. No acne at all.
Go to your dermatologist and he might give you something that will help you a lot better.
@Pamzz0 I’m taking Spironolactone currently and it helps a lot with acne. But I want to maintain clear skin without any drugs or chemicals,so I chose doing it via diet.
