    No kidding. Eat Less Work out More!

    Trust Me: Veggies, Lean Meats and Sugars here and there (will not HURT anyone-unless your diabetic) and work out to make a calorie deficit and YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT/Stout/Etc.

    You messed with the natural order of things when you started mixing Wild Cherry and Wild Blueberry. If man was intended to each Cherry and Blueberry together they would grow on the same tree or bush. People, you have to resist the temptation to play God with your frozen drinks. Lemon and lime are the only two flavors that can be successfully mixed together. You might throw a small cherry syrup in a soft drink every now and get away with it but don’t push your luck.

    @hootyhaha – I know! I know! LOL! Some foods, regardless of what they are made of and what you consume, if you have a weak spot for it…that’s all it takes..you’re hooked!

    Artificial can be toxic. Like Aspartame and also Saccharin. Also, watch out for anything ending in “ose” like Dextrose, Sucrose, etc..on packages (mainly sweeteners), those can cause weight gain (look into it). Sodas, if consumed sparingly, will not cause much harm (diet and regular).
